We provide a product support service for Sarum customers, you can call us on 01258 480802 between 8.30am-5.30pm, Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays. We will respond to online requests and emails during working hours. You can send us a request at any time and we’ll answer it on the next working day.
All of the equipment we deliver is fully tested prior to dispatch together with the appropriate diagrams to assist with installation.
Sarum also provides a nationwide commissioning service where required, this has an additional cost over that of the controller. Commissioning costs will vary dependant on equipment and location and will be confirmed on request.
During Sarum’s 12 month comprehensive guarantee, we will attend site to undertake any panel repairs required to fully reinstate the controller to its working status. The guarantee strictly covers manufacturing fault/failures and not faults caused by third parties, fire or water ingression. Full details of our guarantee are available on request.
Once out of guarantee, Sarum provides a nationwide on site fault finding and repair service, details of which are available on request.
